Unilux Geomar S.A. established in 1952 is a company that designs and manufactures high-quality marine equipment for civilian and military vessels. The company specializes in high quality NVG compatible navigation, signal lighting and control panels for ships for application in merchant ships, marine, passenger ships (yachts), warships & ICE classes, and has capabilities to supply anti-Icing lighting to ICE classes. Electrix successfully led the DSME Mars Tankers 4 ships, starting with an agent contract with Unilux Geomar S.A. in 2017. Electrix proposed Unilux Geomar S.A. to apply for the RMRS and ATEX certificates in addition to the existing MED certificates and is currently in the process of issuing the new additional certificates. With these additional certificates, Electrix expects Unilux Geomar S.A. to grow into a unique company in the field of Navigation Lighting together.
